Hello Dolly

Show Overview

Hello Dolly is the first show where I stage managed, and I was super excited about it! Golden Age musicals are so fun to work on and to interpret into the modern day to still find meaning in these stories many years later. I was selected to stage manage this show due to my unique and strong connection with our music director, as we had a pit orchestra, and so it was critical to have that communication.

My main focus with this show was to support all the action that was happening throughout the production. This was the largest show that Stage Right Productions had put on in recent memory, and so there were a lot of moving parts. From making detailed paperwork to being the centerpoint of communication between departments, my role as the stage manager was to keep everything running smoothly.
